Eligible Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Returns or refunds are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product is damaged upon delivery
- The product has leaked during transit
- An incorrect item has been delivered
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return or refund.
Request Timeline
- All return or refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Requests received after this period may not be considered.

- Clear images or an unboxing video of the product
- Images of the outer packaging with the shipping label clearly visible
Requests without proper verification may not be approved.

- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
- We currently accept prepaid orders only (Cash on Delivery is not available).
