Eligible Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Returns or refunds are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery
  • The product has leaked during transit
  • An incorrect item has been delivered

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return or refund.

Request Timeline

  • All return or refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests received after this period may not be considered.

Verification Process

To help us process your request smoothly, please share:

  • Clear images or an unboxing video of the product
  • Images of the outer packaging with the shipping label clearly visible

Requests without proper verification may not be approved.

Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
  • We currently accept prepaid orders only (Cash on Delivery is not available).
